Ice cream cubes

  • Plate of your choice
  • Soft ice
  • Nic Hard Chocolate
  • Nic Raspberry Topping
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Lemon balm

  1. Fill up silicon molds with soft ice and put in the freezer to harden.
  2. Drizzle hard chocolat on a greaseproof paper and let i sit in the freezer for a while. When it has hardened  - just separate it from the paper
  3. Put the ice cream cubes on a nice plate and decorate them with the hardened chocolate berries and lemon balm.
  4. Finish by placing raspberry topping nicely on the side.
