Chocolate lasagna

Chocolate lasagna with Oreo crushed.

  • 1 bag  Nics Oreo
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 200 gr fresh cheese (like Philadelphia)
  • 4 tbsp white sugar
  • 7 dl cold milk
  • 5 dl double cream
  • 2 bags of chocolate pudding mixture
  • Nics Chocolate Flakes
  • Butter for the owenware

  1. Daub an owenware with butter and put it aside.
  2. Blend your Nics Oreos together with the melted butter and spread the cookiemix on the bottom of the owenware. Then put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  3. Blend your fresh cheese together with 1 tbsp of milk and sugar In a bowl.
  4. Whip the double cream and blend half of it (2.25 dl) into the fresh cheese. Then spred this mixture on top of the first layer in the owenware
  5. Take a separate bowl and blend the chocolate pudding mixture and the cold milk together. Pour this on top of the fresh cheese layer and put it to rest in the fridge for another 5-10 minutes, so the pudding gets thicker.
  6. Spread the rest of the whipped cream on top of the last layer and top it all with some Chocolate flakes. Let your lasagna rest for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
  7. Serve, enjoy and try not do drool…
