Cherry dessert

Ingredients:
  • Plate of your choice
  • 2-3 scoops of ice cream
  • Nic hard Chocolate Topping
  • Nic Cherry topping
  • Rollo Strawberry Powder
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Lemon balm

  1. Fill up a cup with soft ice. Be sure to put foil between the ice cream and the cup so you can get the ice cream out of the cup again. Put in the freezer to harden.
  2. Drizzle hard chcolate topping on a greaseproof paper and let i sit in the freezer for a while. When it has hardened  - just separate it from the paper
  3. Put the ice cream on the plate and powder Strawberry powder on top of it and over the plate.
  4. Decorate it with raspberries, hard chocolate and lemon balm.
  5. Finish with some raspberry topping on the side of the plate.
